Knoxville Moms & Munchkins

Knoxville Moms and Munchkins is a group designed for mothers in the Knoxville area. The goal of this group is to enable moms and moms-to-be to connect while enjoying lots of laughs, sharing, and education. This is a support group for local Knoxville moms where they can connect, help one another, encourage each other, and remind one another that all moms are simply doing their best!

MOMS Club of Knoxville-Northshore 

MOMS Club of Knoxville-Northshore is a group for moms to support one another through daytime activities. This group is a chapter of the MOMS Club that offers 8-10 activities per month. These activities are geared for moms and their little ones during the daytime, in addition to one monthly Mom’s Night Out. One of their most recent Mom’s Night Outs was a Halloween celebration, where moms got to take a break from bedtime duty to go connect and have fun with friends over appetizers and candle making. All daytime activities at MOMS Club are kid and baby-friendly. 

Knoxville Multiples Club

Knoxville Multiples Club meets once a month, connecting moms of multiples with one another. The Knoxville Multiples Club was founded in 1976 and is a diverse group of moms from many backgrounds, all united by the unique bond of parenting multiples. This group was organized to promote the special aspects of child development and how it relates to parenting multiples. This is an outreach group that provides support and friendship opportunities for parents of twins, triplets, and beyond. 

Breastfeeding Moms

Breastfeeding Moms features a breastfeeding support group called Knox Breastfriends Group, which is a support group for breastfeeding moms and their little ones. Parents can enjoy songs, smiles, and light refreshments as they meet together for discussions and guest speakers. The conversation is always lively and informative, and older children are welcome along with their younger siblings. There is also a Knox Breastfriends page on Facebook, so parents in the area can easily connect and with peer counselors.

Knoxville Moms Group 

Knoxville Moms Group is a fun group for local Knoxville moms to come together and support one another through life’s challenges. This group is an open space to ask questions, make new friends, and spread positivity and kindness. This moms-only group is designed to be supportive and welcoming. They also value privacy and respect, creating a safe space for moms to share their struggles. 

Hike it Baby Knoxville 

Hike It Baby is a safe space for families to learn from one another and form a sense of community. All efforts are focused on babies and young children, encouraging families to enjoy the outdoors and take more steps outside. This group welcomes families of all backgrounds and sizes, empowering them to build a lifetime of love for the outdoors that will benefit the planet and the humans that live on it. This is a judgment-free zone that supports all opinions and beliefs and strives to connect families with the community and the outdoors.
