Waiting for your pictures after your session can be one of the hardest things. Believe me, I used to refresh my email constantly after a photo session waiting for THAT email! So, one thing that’s really important to me is getting galleries back to my clients within 5-7 days after your session (sometimes even sooner!). Lucky for you, I have a full time editor who makes this process quicker!

Here are the sequence of events that happen AFTER your photoshoot:

1. Your images go through a culling process. This is when I look through each shot and find my favorites. Don’t worry, you can totally trust me to pick out the very best! I look for personality, clarity, real smiles..etc.
2. Images go off to the editor who will hand edit and correct each photo. They will get cropped correctly, and fine tuned polished. Each image will also come with a black and white copy…(cause who wouldn’t also want a timeless black and white duplicate as well?!)
3. Your images then will be loaded in your gallery. If you’re a newborn client, you will be sent an email explaining how to purchase your prints/digital images. If you’ve booked any other session outside of newborn, your gallery will come with a password for downloading.
4. SHOW OFF YOUR IMAGES! Your image sizes are HUGE…I often joke you can purchase a billboard downtown Knoxville and the images would be BIG enough to handle that! You can share them on social media, and send them to all your loved one.

Post processing is as important as taking the photos! Your images are loved from the beginning to the end.
