It’s often asked, when is the best time to book a newborn session? The answer is, ANYTIME! 🙂

There is no such thing as booking TOO soon. If you have a positive pregnancy test, it’s GO time (full refunds are given in the case of an emergency). The best time to photograph your newborn is in the first two weeks of life. This is when your little one is sleepy and moldable enough to get into the squishy positions you see all over my IG and website. The only way to get a PINKY promise 😉 in this tight time frame, is to secure your session BEFORE your little one arrives. This can be done by purchasing the newborn session fee (use SHOP tab on my website). Then, simply use the contact tab on my website to send me a quick message with when your estimated due date is. Then, after that, I’ll just be waiting for the “he’s / she’s here” email once your little one arrives.

Don’t worry though, if you’re reading this blog post and your baby is already here (and less than 6 weeks), we can still get you in for a newborn session. Expectations are just a bit different. Your baby might be a bit less likely to do all the positions, but I can still promise you adorable poses and positions with your older newborn. In the case that your newborn is already here, send me a text to 248-790-3691 so I can get you in ASAP.
